In preparation for the 11th annual Green Homes and Great Health Festival, where GeoComfort will be a participant, Enertech’s own Steve Smith and Scott-Lee Heating’s Shaun Tarrillion made a special appearance on the KTRS radio show Growing Green St. Louis to talk geothermal heating and cooling.

The geothermal-focused show hit radio waves on Sunday, September 9 as Steve and Shaun discussed everything from what is geothermal heating and cooling, how much it costs, the efficiency of the system, and why it’s a great choice for homeowners and businesses.  You can listen to their entire interview with Jean Ponzi on the KTRS website by clicking here.   Just click on the “Audio” tab and play the podcast for “Growing Green 09-09-12.”

Host “Green Jean” Ponzi, has been educating the public on how to live well by living lightly for over 25 years as the head of Missouri Botanical Garden’s Green Resources Answer Service.  Her radio program covers a variety of green living topics every week from recycling and composting to native plants and green building to geothermal heating and cooling systems.

However, the radio show appearance is just the beginning.  Listeners of this show will have the opportunity to visit with GeoComfort and learn more about geothermal heating and cooling at the annual Green Homes and Great Health Festival on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at the Missouri Botanical Garden.  The event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is a great place to learn more about companies and products that focus on sustainable living and maintaining the health of people and the planet.
